Sea Power Naval Combat in the Missile Age

Currently Playing: New Persistent Campaign Begins! Norway Faces Soviet Pressure in Sea Power: Fishing Conflict

The Cold War turns tense in this first episode of the Fishing Conflict persistent campaign for Sea Power: Naval Combat in the Missile Age. Taking command of Norwegian naval forces in the North Atlantic, we’re tasked with protecting civilian fishing vessels operating in disputed waters while Soviet trawlers and patrol assets push aggressively into the area. What starts as a routine sovereignty patrol quickly becomes a dangerous game of brinkmanship. No missiles fly and no guns are fired, but every maneuver matters as both sides test each other’s resolve in a standoff that could spiral out of control at any moment. This mission showcases the atmosphere and tension that makes Sea Power so unique — radar contacts, shadowing maneuvers, rules of engagement, and the constant pressure of avoiding an international incident while still defending national interests. If you enjoy Cold War naval strategy, realistic maritime operations, and dynamic campaign gameplay, this is the start of a great series.
