It’s 10:30 at night and I’m about to make overnight oats… and then I realize I’m OUT of PB2 / peanut butter powder. 😅 So here’s the question: do I just shrug it off and deal with it tomorrow… or do I make the late-night run to the store and set myself up for success? This is one of those small, simple moments that doesn’t look like “weight loss content” — but honestly, this is where consistency is built.
