Welcome to my weight loss journey, Losing it 2025! I am not a fitness expert, nor do I mean to pretend to be. I am just a regular guy in his mid 50's who realized that he needed to change his life. With a diagnosis of Type II Diabetes and Hypertension, I realized that the clock was ticking and it was time for change. I started this YouTube channel to challenge myself, to hold myself accountable, and to share whatever inspiration, motivation, and helpful information I found along the way. This is the update for week two and so far things are going great! I have lost over 20 pounds in less than 20 days and I couldn't be more excited by my results. I hope that you will follow along as I try to change my life, and maybe, just maybe, you will find some inspiration and encouragement to change yours as well.
