Currently Playing: Weight Loss Setback + Channel Update | PSA & Weekly Progress

This week’s update is a little different. Not only do I have a quick PSA about the channel and our new posting schedule, but I also want to share something real: I hit a setback. I dropped as low as 238.6 lbs — just 3.2 lbs from my goal — but then climbed back up to 249.6 lbs. Right now I’m at 247.4 lbs. These fluctuations come down to choices: eating calorically dense foods, eating outside my fasting window, and skipping exercise. I believe low mood (possibly from a lack of B12) contributed, but here’s the important part: setbacks are part of the journey.
