Can I really lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks? This week, I’m getting personal — and a little selfish. After hitting a slump and climbing back up to 247 lbs, I’ve turned things around and dropped 3 pounds in the last week. Now I’m sitting at 244 lbs, just 10 pounds away from my goal of losing 100 pounds in 2025. I’m giving myself 14 days to lose those last 10 pounds — no excuses, no shortcuts, just pure focus and discipline. I’m pulling out everything I know works for me: • Eating in a caloric deficit • Time-restricted fasting • Low-calorie-density foods (oats, smoothies, potatoes, veggies) • Daily walking and movement This is my final push.
