This week I went on a cruise and lost weight! Find out how. In this week's update, I talk about my recent 5-day Caribbean cruise, where I maintained a plant-based diet and lost 1 pound, despite the average person gaining around 14 pounds on such a cruise. I've been walking over 20,000 steps per day in June, though I'm currently behind on my daily step goal. I'm down 4 pounds this week, now weighing 267 pounds, and I'm feeling great while continuing my plant-based diet and gym routine.
