In this tutorial I'm pairing ju2ef's Procedural Dynamic Room, Building & Roof Generator with Surface Forge to build and texture architectural assets in Unreal Engine 5. The generator handles the hard part — walls, floors, ceilings, door and window openings, soffits and roofs — all from a closed spline, then bakes down to a clean, production-ready Static Mesh. From there Surface Forge takes over: a multi-layer material setup that lets you blend brick, plaster, stone, concrete and more across the building, with per-layer control and a fully non-destructive, iterative workflow. Because the generator exposes separate material slots for interior, exterior, roof, soffit, floor and ceiling — and bakes Nanite-ready meshes — it's a perfect match for a layered Surface Forge setup. You get precise, surface-by-surface texturing on geometry that's ready to drop straight into a scene.
