The problem: Our aluminum test jig had to be manually centred on the machine plate using tape markers, which required small adjustments and could introduce slight alignment variation. The solution: A simple 3D-printed guide plate now clips onto the test surface, creating a shallow groove that automatically centers the jig every time. Have ideas to make this process even better?
