Hey folks, in this video, we share a simple fabrication improvement that made changing Velcro-backed sanding discs faster and easier during frame touch-up. The problem: Operators had to reach to a shelf, separate discs that stuck together, and carefully align them before attaching them to the grinder. The solution: A simple holder made from scrap tubing now stores the discs exactly where the grinder sits, allowing the operator to load a new disc in one smooth motion.
