Episode 5 of Copying Clayton: Finally after a month of training like Clayton Young, it caught up to me. I got really sick this week and had to balance workouts, volume, and getting better with my goal to break 2:30 at Cal International Marathon in just 9 weeks. I end up shuffling around some workouts, but still get in a high quality long run, getting down to 5:28 pace at elevation.
