Today I explore Karachi’s famous Denso Walking Street, a redesigned pedestrian street in Pakistan that shows what Pakistani (and Indian) cities could look like with better urban planning. From chaotic Karachi traffic and motorcycles to cool terracotta walking paths, old colonial buildings, street food, markets, and hidden Gujarati history, this place completely surprised me. In this Pakistan travel vlog, we walk through Denso Hall Walking Street in Karachi, Pakistan, exploring how this urban renewal project reduces heat, flooding, and traffic while creating a peaceful public space in the middle of one of the busiest parts of Karachi. The temperature here genuinely feels cooler thanks to terracotta tiles, trees, and smart city design.
