Unfortunately, "it's good for me" doesn't make exercise any more motivating. Even more discouragingly, it feels like there's no point in waiting for motivation if you're the type of person who doesn't ever get motivated for it (no shame, it's super common, especially for those with ADHD... among other things). So it got me thinking... what if we could get moving without needing motivation? Today I'll share what I've found has helped me and others in the community when they have zero motivation to exercise. And if you do feel motivated but struggle to get started, don't worry, I tackle some of that too! 🔗 OUR OTHER LINKS & SOCIALS Support us on Patreon: https://patreon.com/howtoadhd Buy my book!!: https://howtoadhdbook.com Get my weekly newsletter: https://how-to-adhd.kit.com/ Check out our website: https://howtoadhd.com Checkout our merch: http://shop.howtoadhd.com Twitter: http://twitter.com/howtoadhd TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@howtoadhd Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/howtoadhd/ Facebook: http://facebook.com/howtoadhd 📚CHAPTERS COMING SOON ⁉️ WAIT IS JESSICA A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL?
