It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 10 Episode 1 REACTION | "The Gang Beats Boggs" Syntell and Rekkai are kicking off Season 10 — nine seasons of absolute consistency and they're walking in with full faith. It's Always Sunny Season 10 Episode 1, "The Gang Beats Boggs," answers the question nobody asked: what if the gang got on a cross-country flight and tried to break Wade Boggs's legendary record of drinking 70 beers in the air? The answer is exactly as depraved as you'd expect. Dee starts pounding beers at cruising altitude, pops greeny suppers for the competitive edge, and ends up face down, ass up on the airport baggage carousel. Charlie sneaks into the secret plane hatch because of what he learned from Executive Decision and Passenger 57, diagnoses a guy he just overdosed with sleeping pills as Dr. Mantis Toboggan MD, and ends the flight hallucinating Wade Boggs himself — who tells him to keep drinking. Frank goes full Sherlock Holmes on a woman in 44G, delivers a complete psychological profile including road rash theory and gecko tattoo analysis, and still somehow closes. Dennis gets kicked off the plane in South Dakota. Mac is Commissioner Bud Selig. The whole thing is completely pointless, doesn't move a single story forward, and is hilarious from the first beer to the last carousel spin. The post-reaction verdict: D and Charlie are two of the funniest people on this show, and they somehow kept it going nine seasons without a real falloff.
