It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 12 Episode 7 REACTION | "PTSDee" | First Time Watching | Syntell & Rekkai Syntell and Rekkai react to It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Season 12, Episode 7 — "PTSDee." Mac and Charlie have been running a war simulator for three straight days and they've been crying. Frank found a gun somewhere. He is wandering the bar, shouting into the dark, and when a kid passes the window Frank shoots through it. Just a kid. He doesn't feel anything about it. He might have PTSD too. Meanwhile, Dee met a male stripper named Mike, they had a night together, and he came back the next morning to return her watch and say thank you. He was stripping all night, playing video games all day, having meaningless sex with strangers — and then he slept with Dee. He realized he'd hit rock bottom. He said this to her face. He does not understand why she is upset. Dee decides she is a rock — the kind of woman who makes men's lives better, not worse. She will prove it by booking Mike a real gig and showing him the lifestyle is worth having. Frank's solution to the video game PTSD is to take Mac and Charlie to an actual veterans support group, where Frank shares his own history: private sector mostly, shot a couple of people over some sneakers off a factory floor, doesn't feel nothing about it. The veterans are confused. Back at the sorority party, Dee's plan requires a headliner — Rickety Cricket, kidney removed in China by someone who did not know what he was doing — and a support act: Dennis and Charlie as Daddy and the Boy, a father and son working through abandonment issues by taking their clothes off on stage. Mac is delighted about all of it. Then Mac's daughter turns out to be in the crowd. Then something happens with a finger. She tells him never to speak to her again. Post-reaction: Syntell and Rekkai spend most of the review on the episode's deranged hierarchy — Dennis and Charlie literally stripped on stage and are somehow not the most depraved people in this episode. That title goes to Dee, who engineered the whole event, arranged for a man she slept with to be humiliated in front of a crowd, and ended the night deciding to just get drunk and not discuss it. "Damn. D turned into Dennis." The finger moment is the new low-water mark — "you can't unscramble those eggs" — and Rickety Cricket continues his descent without interruption. Syntell brings in a friend who actually did this for a living: the older crowd is real, the screaming is real, and the experience is not what you picture when you picture it. And the old man sleeping at the foot of the bed keeps getting his check. Both hosts agree this is correct.
