It's Always Sunny Season 10 Episode 4, "Charlie Work," is the episode everyone talks about: an entire half-episode shot in a single continuous take, following Charlie Kelly as he somehow keeps Paddy's Pub alive during a surprise health inspection while the rest of the gang does everything humanly possible to destroy him. The setup: Dennis gets a tip the health inspector is coming in 15 minutes. The catch: the gang is mid-scam. They bought airline miles on Frank's card, used those miles to buy steaks, and planned to contaminate the steaks by rubbing live chickens all over them before returning them for cash. Dennis accidentally ordered 4,000 steaks instead of 400. Sandy Lawler shows up on schedule — the new health inspector, by the way, because Allan was let go on account of his leniency. Frank has flushed his shoes down the toilet because flushing things gives him control. The glory hole is still on the wall. The nail stool is still in the bar. Carbon monoxide is filling the basement. Frank starts painting his feet black. Then his shirt. Then his entire body. Charlie manages every single thing. They get the highest possible grade.
