Hey friends, it’s the first-ever video game for CD-ROM. (And also a sidebar on the other first-ever game for CD-ROM, which only shipped in Japan.) Fighting Street is, in some respects, a poor demo for the format and suffers a bit from the decision to put it on CD. But, on the other hand, could any single release better telegraph the trends of the 1990s more effectively than a fighting game on CD-ROM?
