The TurboGrafx-16 gets its second racing game, and frankly you'll probably want to stick with the first. Moto Roader almost works, but the close-in viewpoint and bizarre forced catch-up penalty system makes for a truly vexing take on the genre. By all accounts, the sequels would turn out much better! But they never made it to the U.S., so it's kind of moot. Thankfully, the system's very first golf game—Power Golf—fares far better. It's literally the most completely average and unremarkable take on golf to date, but in playing it safe, developer Hudson managed to avoid doing anything wrong. Expect no surprises... but after Moto Roader, simple competence has its charm.
