With Turbo Works 1989 in the bag, the time has come (as always) for me to run down the best and worst games of the year. But with fewer than two dozen releases for the year, including CD-ROM stuff, a two-parter with 10 or 12 entries per category seems like overkill. Plus, the TG16 library was mostly great! A full "worst of" seems a bit mean-spirited. So here's an abbreviated rundown of the best and worst, with my apologies if your favorite (or least favorite) release didn't make the cut.
