How to MAXIMIZE the 10 Days of Dhul Hijjah (Islamic Blueprint) | Sheikh Ali Hammuda Full Episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4lWNXL01CY . There is no day in the year where Shaitan appears smaller, more downcast, more humiliated, and more infuriated than the Day of Arafah. Why? Because he sees the mercy of Allah descending upon the people and Allah forgiving their mighty sins. The only day Shaitan was more upset was the Day of Badr, when he saw Jibril organizing the angels. Other than that, Arafah is a nail in the coffin of Shaitan. In this powerful and uplifting lecture, Sheikh Ali Hammuda explains why the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah – and especially the Day of Arafah (9th) – are the greatest days of the year. He draws on authentic narrations from Sahih al-Bukhari and other sources to show how these days surpass even jihad (except the martyr who loses everything), and how the core acts of worship are concentrated within them. In this video, you will learn: The Superiority of the First Ten Days of Dhul Hijjah: The Prophet ﷺ said there are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days. In another narration, deeds are also "more amplified in reward" – heavier in quantity and value. Even Better Than Jihad: The companions asked: "Not even jihad, O Messenger of Allah?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Even jihad, except for a man who goes out with his life and wealth and returns with nothing." That martyr is the only exception. Why Are These Days So Special? Imam Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Bari explains that the core aspects of worship – all five pillars of Islam (Shahada, Salah, Zakat, Fasting, Hajj) – are concentrated within these ten days. Ramadan has all except Hajj. This is unique to Dhul Hijjah. The Day of Arafah – The Greatest Day of the Year: The majority of scholars say it is the greatest day of the year. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Hajj is Arafah" – if you miss Arafah, you miss Hajj entirely. Allah Descends on Arafah: While Allah descends every night to the lowest heaven, the only known day of the year when Allah descends (in a manner befitting His majesty) is the Day of Arafah. He draws near, boasts to the angels, and says: "What do these people want?" The answer: They want Me, My mercy, My forgiveness. Most People Freed from Hellfire: The Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no day on which Allah frees more people from the Fire than the Day of Arafah." (Muslim) The Story of Amr ibn al-'As: He came late to embrace Islam and asked for his past sins to be forgiven. The Prophet ﷺ told him: "Do you not know that Islam erases what came before it, and Hajj erases what came before it?" Hajj (which occurs in these days) is a complete erasure of sins. Shaitan's Humiliation on Arafah: The Prophet ﷺ said Shaitan is more humiliated, downcast, and infuriated than any other day because he sees Allah's mercy and forgiveness overwhelming his efforts. This lecture will reignite your love for these ten days and especially the Day of Arafah. Don't let Shaitan distract you from the greatest opportunity of the year. . #dhulhijjah #hajj #islam #islamic #arafat #arafah
