Hello friends! Pantone has done it again: they have named a new colour of the year. And in true me fashion we're going to spin a yarn and then knit a piece of headgear, a head accessory with the new colour. Mocha Mousse is actually the perfect colour to try and achieve with some natural fibers. So for this year's challenge I'm blending alpaca and zwartbles, a luxurious combination if you ask me. The hat eventually turns out way too big for me, so my husband now gets to take part in my Pantone collection, wee! So get cozy, for we will be doing all the fiber arts goodness: blending fiber on my drum carder, spinning on my spinningwheel, talking about vintage feels and knitting the hat, yes that too.
