Hello friends! For Tour de Fleece my friend Mars sent me three batts of fiber they blended themselves, in the most mossy gobliny colours. I spun those up with my Turkish spindle, and now it is time to turn them into something wearable. I was inspired by a cracked treebranch in my garden to turn them into moss and lichen inspired fingerless mittens. I designed this myself by using a stitch dictionary and kind of 'draping' as I went on my hands. I had fun designing something for myself and will probably make more knitwear designs in the future.
