There is no truck camper that is built like our Yukon model. There are so many good solutions in the over land truck camper category. Our Yukon is just one of them but it is a hard sided, lightweight, highly capable and perfect for the Northwest environment. We custom build truck campers and toppers here in Alaska and have been since 1971. We have learned a thing or two about what it takes to build for our harsh environment. We developed what we called our Cabinet Canopy all the way back in the late 70s. We have built many over the years but within the last couple of years, simplicity of that build has become attractive again. It is simple living at its best. We gave some great updates and modernized the entire concept and shape of the build and gave it the awesome name of Yukon. Off grid builds need serious electrical systems and electrical systems demand space. That means there needs to be creative ways to incorporate those electrical systems into the space with a good enclosure and proper systems design. These Yukon's can be simple shells bunk folding bunk beds or they can have full off grid systems in them with heat and AC while remaining light weight and compact to the truck.
