This is one of our Yukon truck campers that we build here in Alaska. It is one of our most simple but timeless models going all the way back to the 1970's here in Palmer. It is a perfect truck bed camper for those who don't want an entire slide in camper but are still into truck camping. It sets on the bed rails of the truck rather than the floor so that you get maximum utility out of the truck bed. We can do lift up doors so you can keep your tailgate or we can do double doors and remove the tailgate. Most of these builds have some sort of simple build out inside whether that is just a fold down bunk on the wall or a counter of some sort to do some cooking inside the camper in harsh weather. There are all kinds of things that can be done with these Yukon's but most are just straight to the point simple. The biggest appeal this model is the weight. The camper in the video is just about 600-700 pounds. That is just a 3rd the weight of most truck campers.
