Zebra Finch Small Aviary: Chapter 2 Part 2 - Cerucheuw cerucheuw In this room, there are 19 zebra finches, about eight of which are male, and the rest are female. There's also a finch, if I'm not mistaken, it's called "white-headed munia", a type of finch with dark brown feathers on its body and pure white feathers on its head. This combination doesn't seem to cause any dangerous fights in this cage, which is a good thing. This time, several zebra finches have found suitable nesting boxes, have begun nesting, laid eggs, and some of the eggs have hatched. We've managed to capture some videos of the parents feeding their chicks. The zebra finches here are medium-sized, not as small as the Timor zebra finch, and not as large as the jumbo zebra finch (or what we call the Holland zebra finch). However, when their eggs hatch, the chicks are very small. This is something new for us. We've never experienced this before. -------------- We've previously made some videos featuring zebra finches, and we've also made more videos featuring other birds.
