It begins in the morning—when the weather is bright and cool—as they eat together. There is an abundance of vegetables, seeds, and fresh water, along with a bunch of water spinach (kangkong) hanging, still crisp and intact. The footage continues into the afternoon, as the day grows warmer and the sun takes on a golden-hued, late-afternoon glow. In this ninth chapter, a dedicated camera focuses on one of the nest boxes inside the enclosure. Filmed from the outside, the footage occasionally shows the parent zebra finches feeding their chicks. At times, the chicks can also be seen peeking out from the nest opening, sitting there blankly—likely waiting for their parents to bring them more food.
