A jury is to determine whether Lindsay Clancy is criminally responsible for killing her three children in 2023 in Duxbury, Massachusetts. She was being treated for postpartum mental health issues when she killed the children: Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, who was 8 months old. Plymouth County Superior Court Judge William Sullivan is presiding over the jury trial, which began on July 27 and is expected to last six to eight weeks.

The prosecution's final witness against Lindsay Clancy was Ian Whiffin, a digital intelligence expert at Cellebrite who testified about her cell phone data, including her Apple Health movements the night she killed her three children. Clancy's lawyer Kevin Reddington cross-examined Whiffin, and he began by questioning him about the accuracy of Apple Health data, and Whiffin's own research. I don't know who created that. I don't know what options were selected by that user, but there will be data on the device which is not covered in that report by virtue of that's how decoding works."
