For free programs, training courses, recipes, consultations, or to join the free community, visit www.kboges.com Programming will change as you progress in your experience level. The basics fundamentals are all the same: the way you create a stimulus, the dedication to quality, the way you manage fatigue etc. None of that changes, but how you express these fundamentals will change. As you get more advanced, it will take more training to acquire adaptation that can be expressed as a PR or form improvement. You also might find your body more eager to "regress", similar to how a sharper knife can loose its edge faster than a dull one. None of this is really a "problem", it's just that the generic, highly structured programs that work great for the masses may not work great for you at this point. You may need more flexibility, more customization, and specific variations for your needs and fitness level. Remember, the website has a bunch of free programs for different experience levels. Feel free to check them out or shoot me an email if you have questions.
