My personal approach is to stay super consistent with my lunch (some variation of a chicken salad), eat a dinner composed of protein, fruits and vegetables, and then moderate myself if I eat out fora. few meals per week. On the movement side of the equation, I like to add 10-20 minutes to my daily cardio/walking, usually split between my morning cardio and my evening walk. Between the small dietary adjustments (like reducing olive oil in my salad) and increasing my movement, I can pretty easily lose a pound or more per week, allowing me to shed that holiday weight in a month or so. What works for you, will be individual, but the point is that small changes add up! You don't need crazy and aggressive adjustments to get back on course.
