I’ve been fighting Japan’s brutal summer for weeks, trying everything I can to survive the heat while living in my tiny van. I came all the way to the far north of Japan hoping to escape the heat, but even up here, it was still hot and incredibly humid. Then finally, I got the cool day I had been waiting for. For the first time in a while, living in my van actually felt comfortable without constantly fighting the summer heat. So today, I’m just enjoying a normal day of van life in the far north of Japan.
