Currently Playing: She’s 30 and Has Been Homeless for 5 Years

She’s 30 and has lived without a permanent home for five years. Today, I’m hanging out with Kaede-chan to hear her story. After four years working as a physical therapist, she started wondering if she could spend more of her twenties doing something for herself. So she left her job and started traveling. That journey took her across Japan by bicycle twice, and then around Taiwan. We talk about why she left, life without a home, and how staying in one place can be part of the journey too. Two people without a permanent home, sharing stories and plenty of laughs. Hope you enjoy spending the day with us, Nomad-Sans!
