I found a massive abandoned house in rural Japan for only 3 dollars a day. As a 39-year-old Japanese nomad trying to build a future, I’ve been searching for places that could maybe become my next home one day. This one was huge… but also a little intimidating. In this video, I explore the inside of the house, imagine what life here could be like, and try to decide if a place this cheap is actually worth it. This is also the final video of my Shimanto City promotion project.
