Currently Playing: I Asked AI to Help Me Fight Erectile Dysfunction

After opening up about my erectile dysfunction, I received so much support and advice from you guys. Thank you, Nomad-Sans. It means a lot. Now it’s time to take the next step. I asked ChatGPT to help me put together a realistic food and exercise plan that fits my life in a tiny van in Japan. I’ve tried going all in before, only to end up back where I started. This time, I want to start small, try things out, and keep adjusting until I find something I can actually stick with. Still planning to see a doctor, too. This is about working on my everyday habits along the way. One small step at a time. Thank you for being here with me. -------- I’ve put together a food plan and an exercise plan to try out. This isn’t a strict diet. I’ll try it, see what works, and keep adjusting until I find something I can actually stick with. My exercise plan * Have an exercise menu instead of a fixed routine. * Choose from skateboard cruising, trick practice, walking, walking while livestreaming, jump rope, or the gym. * Pick whatever fits my mood and energy that day. * Light exercise counts too. A normal walk, an easy cruise, or a short treadmill walk at the gym is enough. * Focus on enjoyment and consistency rather than intensity. Why I tend to go too hard at the beginning and eventually give up. I also get bored doing the same thing every day. I want exercise to become an enjoyable part of my life, not a punishment for being overweight. My food plan The basic idea: Keep the foods I love.Eat a little less.Add healthier foods.Don’t repeat the same main meal two days in a row.Eat dinner at 5 p.m. * I can still eat ramen, curry, beef bowls, hamburgers, and other foods I enjoy. * Instead of automatically getting large portions, start with a regular portion. If I’m still genuinely hungry, I can get more. * Add vegetables, natto, tofu, eggs, fish, mushrooms, fruit, and other nutritious foods regularly. * Natto, tofu, vegetables, miso soup, and similar staples can be eaten every day. * Try not to eat the same main dish two days in a row to naturally add more variety. * Eat dinner at around 5 p.m., even if that means taking a break from editing. * Eating earlier gives me more time before bed, which may help with my acid reflux. It also means that when I go to the gym at night to shower, I’m less likely to still feel full. That makes it easier to add some walking or training instead of just taking a shower and leaving. * Don’t skip meals or deliberately stay hungry if it causes me to overeat later. * Keep one regular Coke to enjoy and replace some other sugary drinks with zero-calorie drinks, water, or unsweetened tea. * If I’m genuinely hungry at night, I can eat something simple instead of automatically reaching for instant noodles. * Because of my acid reflux, try to leave at least three hours between eating and lying down. The main goal I’ve tried strict diets before, gone from 0 to 100, lost -------------- 📷 Camera Gear Printable Camera (Fujifilm Instax Mini EVO) https://amzn.to/4uA4Iao Main Camera (DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro) https://amzn.to/4bpEnCO Sub Camera (DJI Osmo Pocket 3) https://amzn.to/47FmHC7 360 Camera (DJI Osmo 360) https://amzn.to/46X6E2r Mic (DJI Mic Mini) https://amzn.to/4bpONTb microSD Card V60 (ProGrade Digital) https://amzn.to/4sJ4Cv0 🔋 Power Main Battery (DJI Power 2000) https://amzn.to/4s60h5n 👉 🛒 Merch: https://nomad-push.company.site/products ✨ Membership: Please join if you wanna support me and watch exclusive content: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNIXUCzBMXoWu69iDOtbx5A/join #NomadPush #VanLife #HealthJourney #ChatGPT #SmallSteps
