I’m 40, and I think I have erectile dysfunction. It’s awkward to talk about, but the hardest part is how it’s affecting my confidence about dating. Today, I’m opening up about what’s been on my mind and taking a few small steps forward. I call a clinic to find out about getting checked, talk about my past struggles with losing weight and gaining it back and pick up a healthier dinner from a Japanese convenience store. I don’t have answers yet. This is just the beginning of me trying to take better care of myself while living in my tiny van in Japan.
