You naively begin to formulate an answer, and realize that it always falls short: you can’t find an end to all the little additions you must include so that your answer remains consistent … Welcome to the Rabbit hole I fell into haha! In the first episode we discussed about the illusion that is the particle wave-duality and how our perceptions could profoundly trick us. In this second episode, we are setting some conceptual tools that we will need in the 3rd and final episode of this miniseries: We discuss the important of the properties that never change for an electron, intrinsic properties, and how these are kind of hooks we can cling onto why trying to discuss the nature of the electron. We also discussed further how to recognize when our perceptions are tricking us: A perception is an illusion when a change of perspective changes the perception.
