Rapid Bakugo got a pretty nice new change with the Season 19 3rd Year Anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They made it so his beta will actually hit the ground regardless of how high up he is. More importantly though this character can take very good advantage of the new Phosphor Shoto tuning, Permafrost. This tuning causes melees to freeze enemies which enables Rapid Bakugo to have a very hard hitting burst damage combo. Today I’ll be testing the tuning for the first time and trying to land this combo in some matches. Let me know your thoughts on the tuning down below as well as any other characters you want to see me try it on. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Bakugo!
