Season 19 of My Hero Ultra Rumble launches tomorrow but today we have an early look at the new Phosphor Shoto moveset. Today I’m going to be reacting to it for the first time and breaking down his moves. So far the character seems like he will be a stun monster with how all his moves freeze and allow him to combo in some way. His special action seems exactly like Tokoyami’s and alternating between fire and ice seems to be key. We also get a look at some new rewards that’ll be available next season and whatever Denjiro Academia is. Let me know if you’re exciting for the new Phosphor Shoto down below! Hope you enjoy the video!
