Gentle Criminal is the newest character added in Season 18 of My Hero Ultra Rumble. As of this time there’s been a lot of discussion on whether or not he is a broken character. Now he is one of my favorites from My Hero Academia but there’s no denying his current state is very strong. His alphas range is insane and does some high damage with low down power, and the gamma makes for decent unpredictable movement as well. The beta is easily the most insane thing about its kit, with its ability counter pretty much everything in the entire game.
