Froppy Hopper (Strike) Froppy is the new character added in Season 18 of My Hero Ultra Rumble. With her also comes a new tuning skill, Bubble Blow. This is a melee tuning that applies the bubble effect on those hit, hindering all jumps and doing guaranteed damage through shields. This new tuning is directly competing against Trance Blow since they both aim to reduce enemy movements to make hitting them easier. In the case of Trance Blow it slows down enemies but increases downpower to such a high degree that combos aren’t possible. However this tuning doesn’t increase downpower but doesn’t slow down enemy movements at all. Let me know down below your thoughts on this tuning.
