Currently Playing: Another NEW Permafrost Combo Has Hit Ultra Rumble… And It’s ELECTRIFYING

Phosphor Shoto is the first new character added in Season 19 the 3rd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble. Now this character has had quite an impact in particular with his new tuning, Permafrost. This has given so many characters new combos that outright decimate enemy health bars. Today I wanted to try this tuning with Strike Denki and see if we can up his damage even further. That being said he is already extremely strong and more than capable of destroying enemies. Let me know down below if you know any other characters that permafrost would be good on. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Denki!
