Currently Playing: This NEW Change Made My Favorite Character Even Better… Permafrost Mirio Is Too Fun

Mirio got a new change in the Season 19 3rd anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They improved his early game by giving him his 3rd alpha charge much earlier and also made the alpha better for permeating through objects. I also decided to test Phosphor Shoto’s tuning Permafrost on him as well which gives him a fun little combo he can do for some more burst damage. This character has always been one of my favorites and even though he’s still missing a lot of his old combos I think he’s in a very strong spot right now. Let me know your own thoughts on the changes down below. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Mirio!
