Season 19 the 3rd anniversary for My Hero Ultra Rumble is here and with it comes the brand new character Phosphor Shoto. Today I’m going to be breaking down his moves, combos, general gameplan, as well as his best tuning builds and show you how you can use it all to dominate lobbies. This character has grown on me so much with how much fun he is. His combo game is super fluid and strong. He has melee loops like OFA Deku and making use of Acceleration has him truly feeling like a Rapid. I honestly feel like in terms of fun they set the bar high with him but hopefully Toya and Deku can match this too.
