Strike Shigaraki got some new changes in the Season 19 3rd Anniversary Patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They gave him more control of his movement while using his alpha and beta, and also gave his beta more height and damage while activating it in the air. On top of that thanks to Phosphor Shoto’s new tuning Permafrost he’s gained a very high damaging combo. By doing two special actions into a jab which will freeze allowing for a gamma follow up you can decimate anyone’s health albeit from my testing they need to have shields otherwise the special action will hard knockdown. Today I’m going to be trying to pull this combo off in some matches and check out the buffs. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Shigaraki!
