A lot of tunings were adjusted in the Season 19 3rd anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. Today I’m going to be taking a look at Black Arm, Muscle Form and Embrittlement. Both Black Arm and Muscle form got an increase to the health they recover making them very useful now. Embrittlement however can no longer be applied over and over and now instead goes on cooldown. I decided to check these changes out on Strike and Rapid hawks who also got new changes themselves. Strike Hawks losing his alpha stagger on enemies with no shields and now having a bug making his beta very inconsistent and Rapid Hawks getting a slight damage increase to his alpha at lower levels. I also didn’t mention it but the melee changes benefit both a lot too and make Strike Hawks gamma into melee very easy to pull off for high damage. Let me know your thoughts on all these changes down below. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Hawks!
