It looks like my new idea for steering is going to work. I think I may have over thought the engineering a little. I put a spherical bearing in the center pivot of the cross-bar. I thought it'd be good to take up any misalignment of the actuator or anything else. What it actually does is cause a ton of slop in the steering linkage! It's not too bad when it's straight but it's not tight so that won't do. I'll replace that bearing with an actual ball bearing and that should fix THAT problem. I need to make the lifting rig for the battery next. Then it'll be time to sit down and think about how to make the front console and how to mount my steering wheel to the rear console that I'll have to make. Still a lot to do! Thanks for watching, Bill
