Well, I had some wires on the motor connector wrong. There are two motor encoders and a temp sensor. I had one of the encoders swapped with the temp sensor. With that fixed, the motor has full power and speed. In the video I run the motor up to about 1200rpm...it'll go as high as 8000!!! I need to mount the charger and weld on a bracket for the flexible brake line, too. With that, I think it's time to take it all apart to get ready for paint. Thanks for watching! Bill
