Well, after a bumpy road, I believe I have the steering sorted out! I got all the brackets made for the EPS unit made and ran it through some testing. At one point it stopped assisting. I probably spent 30min looking at everything trying to figure out what was going wrong. Then it occurred to me to check the battery voltage. Sure enough, the little lawn/garden AGM battery was all tuckered out from a day of power assisting. With the steering more-or-less sorted out, now I can move on to other parts of the build. I need to get working on the body work so I can figure out where some electrical components can go. Have to mount the 12v battery, fuse block and DCDC converter. I'd like to have an 120v AC inverter and IF I have room maybe mount a charger on board so all I have to do is plug in a 120/240v extension cord to charge the 48v battery. Anyway, lot's to do but it's very satisfying to have the steering done. Thanks for watching, Bill
