Mr. Toots is the high-spirited, blue-collar "locomotist" hailing from the parallel dimension of Kushtopia—a world where the hills, trees, and even the train’s exoskeleton are made of premium, dank nugs. A self-described "salt of the earth" kind of guy, he spends his days driving the planet's lone train in a circle, fueled by fat nugs and a pride-over-profit socialist work ethic. After a rocky first visit to Earth—where he was nearly beaten to death for his drugs—he returned as an aspiring documentarian to showcase the raw horror of Kushtopia’s heroin fields in a 90-minute experimental film projected onto disco balls. Whether he’s discovering reggae for the first time, hanging out at the Orange Circle in 8 a.m. film classes he didn't pay for, or trying to convince Scott Aukerman to join his band, Mr. Toots remains a wicked cool optimist who sleeps until 4:20 and believes every problem can be solved by a firm high-five or hiring a local warlock.
