Mortar Fern has infinite range and I still don't like it — so today I'm surrounding it with units that have infinite range or close to it and seeing what that team can actually do. The team: Headless as the starter, plus Bodyguards, Cluster Plant, Eggplantonium, Garden Dragon Keep, Mortar Fern and TrianGrove. The catch is there isn't a single money unit in this lineup, so the early game on Garden Grind was rough. Wave after wave of barely scraping by, and at one point three fast units almost ended the whole run. Garden Dragon Keep hit level 5 and things finally turned around. Also in this one: I still have to manually aim Mortar Fern every single time, TrianGrove was once again a questionable pick, and I accidentally deleted a unit I definitely did not want to delete near the end.
