Currently Playing: Can a Team of Only GARDEN Units Beat Garden Grind?

A garden team in Garden Tower Defense. I know how that sounds. But there are genuinely enough Garden units now to build a real team out of them. The team: Garden Gnome as the starter, plus Bloom Day Cake, Festive Garden Warble, Garden Wizard, Garden Fairy, Garden Fairy Well and Garden Dragon Keep. The gnomes held the fort way longer than I expected — two level 5 gnomes carried us all the way past wave 16. Garden Dragon Keep is still one of my favourite units in the game. Garden Fairy has a huge range, and between the Fairy and the Fairy Well the crowd control on this team is genuinely strong. Garden Wizard, on the other hand, spent the whole match looking like it was doing something while the fairies did all the actual work. I kept giving it credit and then taking it back. The real problem with this team is the spawners. When enemies come out of all three spawn points at once they get completely confused and wander off, which nearly cost us the run. Wave 32’s 4 million HP unit, wave 36 and the final boss all came down to timing Dragon Swarm and time stop correctly — and I did get the order wrong once. Garden Grind pity: 18 out of 67.
