Currently Playing: VantyX - Cut Me Out | Cinematic Gothic Metal (Official Music Video)

“Cut Me Out” is an original cinematic gothic metal song about abandonment, emotional damage, broken attachment, and trying to let go of someone who still feels present long after they’re gone. Dark cinematic atmosphere, powerful female vocals, gothic metal energy, heavy guitars, thunderous drums, deep bass, fragile clean vocals, and explosive screamed choruses. Cut Me Out // Official Lyrics I sleep with the hallway light still on Like you might stumble back in drunk again The kitchen smells like burnt coffee And the smoke alarm won't let me think Your jacket's hanging by the doorway Like it still belongs to somebody here I talk to it when the house gets violent And pretend somebody answers back Don't tell me healing takes time I watch the clock for months Don't tell me scars fade out Mine still open when I touch them Cut me out Like I was never in your bloodstream Shut me down Like a machine you don't need I gave you every broken part of me And you left the bones on the bedroom floor Cut me out And close the door There's a dent in the drywall by the stairs From the night we couldn't stop screaming Now every shadow in this apartment Knows exactly how your voice sounded I tried deleting every picture But my hands still know your face I still wake up reaching sideways Like losing you was yesterday Don't say you miss me now You vanished when I could still hear you Don't say you tried your best Your best still tore the whole room open Cut me out Like I was never in your bloodstream Shut me down Like a machine you don't need I gave you every broken part of me And you left the bones on the bedroom floor Cut me out And close the door I memorize the sound of you leaving The keys, the lock, the silence And I still hear it every night Cut me out Like I was never in your bloodstream Shut me down Like a machine you don't need I gave you every broken part of me Now the walls all sound like you Cut me out Cut me out And close the door Close the door Close the door Original gothic metal and dark cinematic music with female vocals, heavy emotion, and dark atmosphere.
